Boat Trips/Charters

Ġnejna Watersports operate private boat trips with an experienced skipper on a 115 hp speed boat which is hired on hourly basis or half day basis. You can choose your destination all around Malta. The most favourite boat trips are:

Boat trip one: This trip starts from Ġnejna to Qarraba bay, then we stop near Għar Marija (St Mary’s cave) for taking pictures and continue the trip to Fomm ir-Riħ bay where you can have a swim. Then we go into the blue cave Għar it-Trozz) and keep moving under the beautiful cliffs of Baħrija towards ‘Il-blata tal-melħ’ (where people used to make salt) where we stop for a few minutes to go up the historical stairs to see the salt pans where they used to make salt. The last stage will be into another cave where we can have a swim and do some snorkelling to see the amazing underwater reflections.

Boat trip two: This trip starts from Ġnejna to Popeye village where we stop to take some pictures and then to Comino caves and into the famous Blue Lagoon where we stop for a swim and do some snorkelling into the most clear and beautiful waters. The last stage will be a visit to Mġarr Gozo harbour where you will see a lot of traditional boats (luzzu) and the beautiful church of ‘Ta’ Loretu, in Għajnsielem’.
